Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page you see when you open Mumara ONE. You can come back to it at any time from Dashboard at the top of the main menu.

The top of the page is about your plan: what you're on, what you've used and what you have left. Below that are your sending results, your reputation and live activity.

Plan Details

The first card shows:

  • Your plan name.
  • Upgrade Plan: opens Subscription, where you can change plans. See Subscription and Plans.
  • Billing Cycle: how often you're billed, for example monthly or annually.
  • Renewal Date: when your plan next renews.

Usage & Limits

This card lists how much of each plan limit you've used, shown as used / limit. An infinity sign (∞) means the limit is unlimited on your plan. Scroll inside the card to see every row. Some rows appear only when the feature is part of your account.

  • Newsletter: your marketing email, for Today and This Month
  • Transactional: email sent through your Bridges, for Today and This Month

At the bottom, The credits will reset on shows the date your monthly allowance renews.

Total Email Sent

  • Failed: bounced
  • Complaints: reported as spam by the recipient

Top Domains

A bar chart of the recipient domains you send to most, such as the big mailbox providers. Hover over a bar to see its count. If a domain has a high bounce or complaint rate in Analytics, this chart tells you how much of your mail it affects.

Health

Health is a gauge from 0 to 100 that sums up your sending reputation. It's calculated from your bounce and spam-complaint rates across the emails you've sent:

  • Bounces lower the score.
  • Spam complaints lower it much more sharply, so even a small complaint rate has a big effect.

The gauge is graded in five bands, from lowest to highest: Unsustainable, Volatile, Foundational, Sustainable and High Performing. The text under the gauge gives your score and the number of emails it's measured over.

Keep an eye on this gauge

A falling Health score is an early warning. Mumara ONE watches the same bounce and complaint rates and can act automatically, for example by blocking a contact list, if they stay high. See Key Concepts.

Live Events

A feed of what your contacts are doing right now, for example:

  • a contact opened or clicked a broadcast, a drip email or a triggered email
  • a contact unsubscribed from a list
  • a contact was added to a list

The feed refreshes itself every few seconds. Use the switch next to the title to pause and resume it.

Recent Activities

The latest actions taken in your account, such as sign-ins and changes to lists, campaigns and settings, with how long ago each happened. Click See All to open Tools → Logs → Activity Logs.

Opened by Countries

A world map shaded by where your emails were opened, with a table of Country Name and Opens beside it. Pick a date range, such as Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days or This Month, then click the search icon to update the map.
