User Interface
This page helps you find your way around the Mumara ONE app at one.mumara.com.
The app has three parts:
- The main menu down the left side, for every area of the app.
- The top bar across the top, with shortcuts, notifications and your user menu.
- The page content in the middle.
Main menu
The left sidebar holds the main menu. Hover over or click a section to see its pages.
Some items appear only when your plan includes them. For example, Dedicated IPs and Dedicated Pools depend on dedicated infrastructure. See Plan & Usage.

Top bar
The top bar runs across the top of every page. From left to right:
Clock
Shows the current time in your time zone. You set the time zone under My Profile in the user menu.
Active Processes
A gears icon appears while Mumara ONE applies a change to your dedicated infrastructure. Click it to see the Active Processes list, for example:
- a Dedicated Pool being created or removed
- an IP being assigned to, or unassigned from, a pool
- an IP being enabled or disabled
Each item shows a spinner while it runs and a check mark when it's done. If a change can't be completed, the item shows a warning with the reason. The icon disappears when nothing is running.
Quick Navigation
The grid icon opens Quick Navigation, with two shortcuts that open your billing account in a new tab:
- Account: your billing profile, with your name, address and password
- One: the billing area for your Mumara ONE service, starting at your invoices
You don't need to sign in again. See Billing and Invoices.
Help
The question-mark icon opens help links:
- Knowledge Base
- Community Support
- Request a Feature
- Bug Report
Download Exported Files
When you've exported contacts, a segment, a suppression list or logs, a download icon shows how many files are ready. Click it to download a file, or click View All to open Tools → Exported Files.
User menu
Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open the user menu. It shows your name and email address at the top, followed by:
| Item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Subscription | Shows your plan and lets you change it. See Subscription and Plans. |
| Billing | Opens your invoices in your billing account, without signing in again. See Billing and Invoices. |
| Preferences | Choose which notifications you receive. See Notification Preferences. |
| Manage Funds | Add funds and convert them to credits or tokens. See Funds. |
| My Profile | Your time zone, language and date format. See Where your profile is managed. |
| User Settings | Account settings, such as resuming paused campaigns automatically. See User Settings. |
| Security | Two-factor authentication and your active sessions. |
| Plan & Usage | Every limit and credit balance on your plan. See Plan & Usage. |
| Logout | Signs you out of the app. |
Where your profile is managed
Your name, email address, postal address and password belong to your billing profile, because they're shared with your subscription and invoices. You change them there, not in the app.
- My Profile → Profile shows the note These settings are managed under your billing profile. Click the link in the note to open your billing profile.
- Security → Password shows the same note in place of a change-password form.
- Quick Navigation → Account opens your billing profile too.
My Profile still has a Locale tab, where you set:
- Time Zone: used for the clock, schedules and reports
- Language: the language of the app
- Date/Time Format: how dates and times are shown
If you choose a language that some Mumara ONE screens aren't translated into yet, those screens show a banner saying they're displayed in English.
User Settings
User Settings in the user menu has a Campaign Settings section. Switch on Auto-resume campaigns to let campaigns that Mumara ONE paused at a limit start again on their own once the limit resets. You can choose which pauses this applies to:
- Paused due to daily limit
- Paused due to monthly limit
- Paused due to insufficient credits
- Resume evergreen campaigns
See Plan & Usage for when campaigns are paused.
Banners
Some messages appear as a banner across the top of the page:
- Changes waiting for approval. Some changes to your Dedicated IPs need approval before they take effect. A banner reminds you to click Send for Approval, or Discard Changes to undo them.
- Billing couldn't be opened. If a Billing or Quick Navigation link fails, a red banner explains what went wrong. Try again, or contact support if it keeps happening.
Working with tables
Most pages that list things, such as lists, contacts, campaigns and Bridges, use the same kind of table:
- Sorting: click a column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse the order.
- Searching: use the search box above the table to filter the rows.
- Bulk actions: tick the checkboxes of the rows you want, or the checkbox in the heading to select them all, then choose an action.
- Pagination: choose how many rows to show and move between pages at the bottom.
Required fields in forms are marked with a red asterisk (*). Hover over a question-mark icon next to a field to see what it does.
